Who is legally behind SAASKOOL?

SAASKOOL is a trading name of VATS LIMITED, incorporated on 19 January 2021, company number 8153026, with its registered office at 33 Bayview Road, Bayview, Auckland 0629, New Zealand. How do I reach a real person?
Email KiaOra@saaskool.com or call +64 27 246 9195.
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand and work NZ and Australian business hours. We usually reply within 1 business day. There is no offshore call centre; you talk to the people who do the work.
What does your Salesforce consulting cost?
Published fixed packages from NZ$2,500 + GST. No quote-first games.
Implementation packages: Starter NZ$2,500 to NZ$5,000 (up to 5 users), Professional NZ$5,000 to NZ$15,000 (up to 20 users), Enterprise by custom quote. Fractional Admin, Developer or Solution Architect from NZ$99/hr + GST. Managed services from NZ$1,000/month. Salesforce Rescue from NZ$3,000. The full structure is on our pricing page and in plain text at /pricing.md.
What is included in a package price?
Everything we deliver for the stated scope. The price you see is the price you pay.
Consulting hours (typically 30 to 150 depending on tier), configuration work, training, written documentation, and the post-launch support window stated on the tier. No hourly surprises during the engagement.
What is honestly NOT included?
Salesforce licences and optional third-party apps.
Salesforce licence fees are billed to you by Salesforce directly; we help you size them and apply nonprofit discounts where eligible. Optional third-party apps (payment gateways, document generators, dialler tools) are quoted upfront before any commitment.
Is there a lock-in or minimum term?
No long-term lock-in contracts on support and fractional packages.
Project work is scoped in a statement of work with defined deliverables. Ongoing support and fractional packages can be scaled up, down, or stopped; there are no long-term lock-in contracts.
Who owns our Salesforce org, data and customisations?
You do. We work in your org, under your Salesforce agreement.
Your Salesforce org and everything in it sit under your own agreement with Salesforce, not ours. Configuration, automation and documentation we deliver live in your org and stay with you when the engagement ends.
What does leaving look like?
You keep your org and documentation; any Salesforce partner can pick it up.
Because the work lives in your Salesforce org and we favour configuration-first, upgrade-safe builds, another partner or an in-house admin can take over without replatforming. We hand over documentation as part of the engagement, not as a ransom at the end.
Is there a refund or guarantee?
Yes: a 2-week deposit refund guarantee.
If you are not satisfied within the first 2 weeks of an engagement, we refund your deposit minus any hours actually worked. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% at go-live, with 3 quarterly instalments available for nonprofits and cash-constrained SMBs.
Where are your independent reviews?
On our Salesforce AppExchange listing: a 5.0 rating from 3 published reviews.
We are a young brand, so the review trail is short and we would rather say so than inflate it. AppExchange reviews are verified by Salesforce and cannot be edited by us. Our team members also carry individual recommendations on LinkedIn.
Do you have case studies?
Not published yet, deliberately.
We only publish case studies that are real, named, and client-approved, and we do not have publishable ones yet. Until then, the AppExchange reviews and the organisations shown on our homepage are the honest signal.
Who runs SAASKOOL day to day?
An Auckland-based team led by Salesforce consultant Avinash Vatsya.
Avinash has 12+ years on the Salesforce platform and writes most of the guides on our blog under his own name. The wider team holds certifications across Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce and AI Specialist, App Builder, Business Analyst and Developer.
Is the free health check really free?
Yes. No credit card, no sales call required.
It is a 6-point audit covering security, automation, data quality, user adoption, technical debt and performance, delivered as a PDF report within 5 to 7 business days. The report is yours to keep whether or not you engage us afterwards.
